Venturing Training CoordinatorsIn order to strengthen Western Region, we have selected training coordinators for Powder Horn and Kodiak. Ken Leja (western@powderhorn-bsa.org) will serve as the Powder Horn Coordinator and Jim Virgin (western@kodiak-bsa.org) as the Kodiak Coordinator. If you have questions regarding Course Director Conferences (CDC), first check the appropriate web sites for the CDC listings: A change has been made to the Powder Horn website. The change is that all new courses must go through Ken Leja in order to be listed on the list. If any other information you want is not listed, please contact the appropriate training coordinator. With the Areas being redefined in Western Region, we have selected new Area Venturing Training Coordinators. (The new Areas and the Councils they cover can be seen on the Councils web page.) The Coordinators are listed below and will be updated as changes are made. Each Area Training Coordinator has been asked to have at least one, preferably two, Deputies in order to not spread themselves too thin. As they are identified, they will be added to this page.
